I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL sales are final. Please make sure that you have reviewed all of your order information before finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and phone number.
How do I know that the size I ordered is the right size for me?
Keys are given under each item as to how they fit. There are no exchanges allowed so please make sure that you refer to the description of each item before purchasing.
Can I track my order?
All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the UPS tracking number.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 5 business days for ground shipping. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays. If your order has not arrived within time length given, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all orders via UPS. We do not use any other shipping carrier.
Can I contact you directly with any questions?

Do you accept check payments? Can I use PayPal?
We do not accept payments by check. We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?
We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.
I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?
Unfortunately, We do not ship outside of the US.
Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store?
We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time. Our inventory changes often, so please check back for store updates and news announcements on new releases.
Do you sell wholesale?
We do not accept requests for wholesale purchases.
